Our delivery arrangements depend on the destination and applicable delivery method.
1. Island-wide courier delivery
Alsonic arranges island-wide deliveries through third-party courier service providers. Courier charges may vary depending on product size, quantity and the applicable delivery arrangements. Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
2. Company delivery — Western Province
Alsonic may occasionally arrange deliveries directly within the Western Province, subject to availability and the company's delivery arrangements. Company-arranged deliveries within the Western Province are free of delivery charges when offered.
Direct company delivery is not guaranteed for every order. Customers should confirm the available delivery method and arrangements with Alsonic before finalising an order.
3. Delivery confirmation
Delivery availability, applicable courier charges and the delivery method will be confirmed with the customer before the order is finalised.
